We support immigrant families in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky as they find their loved ones when they're detained, understand their options, and get the legal and practical help they need. With community members working together, we support our neighbors through one of the hardest things a family can face.
What's happening here, right now
Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati immigrant neighbors are being taken from our community right now, most of them arrested during minor traffic stops. Our county jails also serve as ICE detention centers for people from other Kentucky communities and states. As of July 9, 2026, Boone County's jail is holding 220 people on immigration holds, Kenton County 150, Campbell County 135, and Butler County 344.

Where we work
We serve families in Hamilton and Butler counties in Ohio, and Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties in Kentucky. We are expanding to serve Warren and Clermont counties in Ohio, Bracken, Grant, Gallatin, and Pendleton counties in Kentucky, and Dearborn and Franklin counties in Indiana. If your situation falls outside these counties, reach out anyway. We consider cases from surrounding areas, including families connected to Dayton, Columbus, Lexington, Louisville, and Indianapolis, depending on what other help is available to you.
Neighboring counties outside of our primary region are considered case by case, based on what other help is available through nearby metro areas like Dayton, Columbus, Lexington, Louisville, and Indianapolis.
